My education and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me  to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals. Now at age 58, I have run marathons, ultra marathons. I have competed in NPC bodybuilding competitions, and have been mentored by Professional Trainers.
